D#005: Walsh County, North Dakota - (Winter 2020)

Image
Walsh County landing point - December 2020 Walsh County is a photogenic spot that, from my point of view, deserves to be included in the Destinations Guide of Secondlife.  The creator, Randonee Noel, was inspired by a real place - Walsh County in North Dakota - that describes itself on the official website as " a land of prairies, cropland, river valleys, and rolling hills " where agriculture is the main economic activity of the region.                                        Walsh County, North Dakota The feeling you get upon landing is that you really are in the open countryside, with a wide dirty road ahead of you sided to the left by a long line of light poles and, to the right, gentle hills and fields where a few cattles are grazing fr...

I heard about Lush Tulum from Dirk Lemon, the SL Hotel Inspector, who on more than one occasion talked to me about the beauty of this place and how it has become one of his favourites holidays destination. I have been Dirk's companion on a few of his latest travels across the grid to discover hotels and resorts and what I learned about him in the past weeks is that his reviews are always very honest and sincere and are not altered in any way by whether he is or not friend with the owner/owners of the site he is visiting.  What he told me about Lush Tulum sparked my interest and curiosity and I needed to see it with my own eyes. He was right. This place is absolutely stunning.                                                                                        ...
